Privacy Policy

This Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") applies to all information that "Megacampus Inc" and/or its affiliates may obtain about a user while using any of Megacampus Inc's websites, services, services, programs and products (hereinafter referred to as "Services", "Megacampus Services"). User's consent to the provision of personal information given by him/her in accordance with this Policy as part of the relationship with "Megacampus". The use of the Megacampus Services means the user's unconditional consent to this Policy and the terms of processing their personal information specified therein; if the user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the Services.
1. Personal information of the users, which is received and processed by Megacampus.
1.1 For the purposes of this Policy, "personal information of the user" means:
1.1.1 Personal information, which the user provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account) or while using the Services, including the user's personal data. Information which is obligatory for the provision of Services (provision of services) is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at their own discretion.
1.1.2 The data automatically transmitted to the Megacampus Service through the software installed on the user's device, including the IP address, cookie information, browser information (or other programs that are used to access the Services), access time, the address of the requested page.
1.1.3 Other information about the User, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in the Regulations of the individual Megacampus Services.
1.2 This Policy is only applicable to the Megacampus Services. "Megacampus" has no control over, and is not responsible for, third-party sites to which the user may access through links available on Megacampus sites, including in search results. Such sites may collect or request other personal information from the user, as well as perform other actions.
1.3 Megacampus does not generally verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by users, nor does it monitor their competence. However, Megacampus assumes that the user provides accurate and sufficient personal information on the questions offered in the registration form and keeps this information up to date.
2. Purposes of collecting and processing the personal information of users
2.1 Megacampus collects and stores only the personal data that is necessary for the provision of the Services and the provision of the services (performance of agreements and contracts with the user).
2.2 Personal information of the user can be used by Megacampus for the following purposes:
2.2.1 To identify the party under agreements and contracts with Megacampus;
2.2.2 Providing personalized services to the user;
2.2.3 Communicating with the User, including sending notices, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, the provision of the Services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;
2.2.4 Improving the quality and usability of the Services and developing new Services;
2.2.5. Targeting of advertising materials;
2.2.6. Statistical and other research, based on anonymized data.
3. Terms of processing personal information of the user and its transfer to third parties
3.1 "Megacampus" stores the personal information of users, in accordance with the internal regulations of the specific services.
3.2 Personal information of the User is kept confidential, except when the User voluntarily makes his or her information publicly available to an unlimited number of people. When using particular Services, the User agrees that certain portions of their personal information will become public.
3.3 Megacampus has the right to transfer the user's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.3.1 The user has expressed his or her consent to such actions;
3.3.2 The transfer is necessary as part of the use of a certain Service by the User or to provide a service to the User;
3.3.3 Such transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), and the transferee assumes all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy with respect to the personal information it receives;
3.3.4 In order to be able to protect the rights and legitimate interests of "Megacampus" or third parties in cases where the user violates the User Agreement of "Megacampus" services.
4. Changes to personal information by the user
4.1 The user can at any time change (update, amend) the personal data or any part of it, as well as the privacy settings, by informing "Megacampus".
5. Measures used to protect the personal information of users
5.1 "Megacampus" shall take the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the personal information of the User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions with it by third parties.
6. Changes in Privacy Policy.
6.1 Megacampus has the right to amend this Privacy Policy. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update shall be indicated. The new version of the Policy shall be effective as of the date of its posting, unless otherwise provided for in the new version of the Policy.
